Questions about pricing
- What is the difference between Salon, Atelier and Pro?
- Salon ($79 a month) is everything one shop needs: brides and fittings, dresses with sewing stages and phone reporting, alterations, deposits and balance, bride portal, e-signature, staff and attendance. Atelier ($149) adds up to three locations, outside workrooms and factories with a portal per supplier, the cost and profit of every dress, a store portal and invoicing integrations. Pro ($249) adds unlimited locations, API and MCP for AI agents, shipping and priority support.
- Is there a limit on users?
- No. Every plan has unlimited users: owners, front desk, seamstresses, designers and the accountant, each with their own role and permissions, with no per-user fee. Plans differ in locations and features, not in people.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days, no credit card. The shop opens with a ready-made catalog of sewing stages; import your brides from a file and start with the next one. At the end you pick a plan and your data stays. A trial that is not converted is closed, and everything in it can be exported.
- Can I change plan or switch to yearly billing?
- Any time. Moving to a higher plan or to yearly billing takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Moving to a lower plan or to monthly billing takes effect at the next renewal. Yearly billing = 2 months free.
- What does the price include, and what not?
- The price includes the software, updates, a nightly backup, a full guide inside the system and written support. There is no setup fee. Not included: tax, which is added at checkout according to your country; onboarding support, an optional service quoted separately; and processing your brides' payments, which you do with your own tools and only record here.
- How do I cancel, and what is the refund policy?
- Cancel any time from inside the system; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days. Payment and invoicing go through Paddle, the merchant of record for the subscription.
- What is Enterprise?
- For chains and larger businesses: the same software on a dedicated instance with its own server and database, from $499 a month. The final price depends on the number of branches, in a written quote.
Onboarding support (optional)
There is no setup fee. If you would like us to set up the system for you, import brides and orders from Excel and train your team, you can order an onboarding package. It is priced by quote according to the scope of work and invoiced separately by us, not through Paddle.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
- Payment is handled by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, sends the invoice or receipt, and handles tax and refund requests.
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. The final price, including the tax that applies in your country, is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Moving to a higher plan or to yearly billing takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Moving to a lower plan or to monthly billing takes effect at the next renewal.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any payment can be fully refunded within 14 days. Details in the Refund Policy and the Terms of Use.
- Paddle charges only your SewingERP subscription. The system does not process or transfer payments from your brides, clients or shops: it only records payments you collected yourselves.
