Accessibility statement
SewingERP is committed to providing equal service to everyone, including people with disabilities. This page explains what has been done on the website and in the system, what is still in progress, and who to contact when something is not accessible.
1. What we have done
The marketing website and the management system were built from the start in Hebrew and right-to-left, following the principles of Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.0 level AA):
- Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, marked navigation and content regions, and tables with column headers.
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, straight to the main content.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages appear as text next to the field. In most forms they are also announced to screen readers, and focus moves to the first field that needs fixing.
- Every action can be done with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Signing a document digitally also works with a keyboard and a screen reader: instead of drawing the signature with a finger or mouse, it can be typed.
- Contrast of text, buttons and input fields is self-checked against AA ratios, and gaps that are found get fixed.
- Screens adapt to phones and to browser text zoom, without horizontal scrolling.
- The home page has two short promo videos in English. The first starts muted, with burned-in captions and controls to pause and turn the sound on, and a visitor whose browser asks for reduced motion sees a still image instead. The second is embedded from YouTube and starts only when you press its play button. There is no flashing content. The only time-dependent behavior is an automatic sign-out after 12 hours without activity, to protect the brides' data, with a warning 5 minutes before and an option to stay signed in.
Last accessibility self-check: 19 October 2026. This is our own internal check, not an external audit.
2. What is still in progress
- No accessibility audit by a certified external body has been carried out yet.
- Long reports and tables in the system (for example the monthly attendance report) are hard to read with a screen reader, and we are improving them step by step.
- Images a shop uploads to the system (photos of gowns and fabrics) have alternative text only when the shop has entered a description.
3. Ran into a problem? Write to us
If part of the website or the system is not accessible to you, or you need information in another format, write to support@sewingerp.com and describe what you were trying to do and on which page. We will reply within one business day and fix what we can as soon as possible.
