Fittings and the bride card
Measurements on a scrap of paper, fittings in a WhatsApp chat, deposits in someone's head. In SewingERP each bride has one card with everything, from the first call to the final fitting.
What is on the bride card?
The event date and venue, how she found you, her measurements, every fitting past and upcoming, her dresses and their progress, a contact log with follow-ups, ready-made WhatsApp messages, and every deposit and payment with the balance still due.

How are measurements kept?
Every measuring is saved as a new dated version with the name of the staff member who measured (the one you pick, or the staff member of the fitting), so you can see how the measurements changed between fittings and who took them. When a fitting is marked done with new measurements, the card updates. A dress can keep its own garment measurements, in centimeters or inches.
How does the fitting calendar work?
A day and week view of every consultation, fitting, final fitting and delivery, with the room and the staff member. You block hours for holidays or days off, and see a warning when two appointments overlap. A private calendar feed (ICS) shows the shop's appointments in Google Calendar or on a phone.
Can brides get reminders, see their status or book online?
Yes, each one is optional and off until the shop turns it on:
- Email reminders the day before a fitting, and before delivery when there is a balance, in your shop's name and wording.
- A personal bride portal where she sees her dress's progress in plain words, her upcoming appointments, and what she paid and still owes (never your price breakdown).
- Online booking from your open hours, rooms and blocked times, creating a lead when the phone number is new.
- Digital signatures on your agreement or on her measurements, in the shop on a tablet or remotely by link.
Which plans include it?
Every plan, Salon included: the bride card, the fitting calendar, reminders, the bride portal, online booking and digital signatures.
