How to figure out what a dress really costsWe didn't adapt an ERP to bridal.
Our team worked in bridal shops, where fittings move, lace arrives late, and the wedding date never does. SewingERP is the system we wished we had.

Questions and answers
What is SewingERP?
SewingERP is management software for bridal shops, bridal boutiques and ateliers. It keeps brides, fittings and measurements, every wedding dress through the workroom's sewing and alteration stages, payments and balances, and what each dress really earned in one place. It runs in the browser on a computer, a tablet and a phone.
Who is SewingERP for?
Bridal shops, bridal boutiques, evening-wear boutiques and designers who make wedding dresses to order or alter them, with their own sewing workroom or with outside seamstresses and workshops. It fits a team of a few people up to dozens, in one shop or several locations.
How much does SewingERP cost?
Three plans in US dollars before tax: Salon at $79, Atelier at $149 and Pro at $249 per month. Paying yearly gives 2 months free. Every plan has unlimited users and no setup fee. Chains have an Enterprise plan from $499 per month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A 14-day free trial, with no credit card and no commitment. After that the subscription is month to month and can be canceled at any time, and any payment can be fully refunded within 14 days.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SewingERP runs in the browser, and it can also be added to a phone's home screen like an app. Seamstresses in the workroom scan the dress card and report each stage from their phone, with no install and no password.
How does SewingERP know what each dress earned?
Each dress collects its materials, the labor hours of every sewing stage at the worker's rate, the work of outside seamstresses and workshops, and overhead. Set against the dress's price, you see the real profit, not just the planned pricing.
Can I bring over the brides I already have?
Yes. The list of brides and clients can be imported from an Excel or CSV file. There is no need to move your history: you can start with the next bride.
Can brides book appointments themselves?
Yes. A shop can turn on an online booking page with its open slots, a personal portal where the bride sees her dress's status and balance, email reminders before a fitting, and digital signatures on the agreement and the measurements. All of these are off by default, and the shop decides what to turn on.
Which languages and currencies does SewingERP support?
The interface is available in ten languages: English, Hebrew, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Turkish. Each shop chooses its own currency and time zone.
What happens to my data?
Each shop's data is kept separate from every other shop, stored on servers in Germany and backed up every night in an encrypted backup. You can export all of your data at any time, and it is deleted after the account is closed.
